Econoloc

Econoloc eliminates a separate lid stay in critical hatch applications since the gas spring automatically locks in any given position.

The gas spring is triggered manually by the lock on the cylinder. The gas spring is compressed and the door is closed controllably. The lock also has the same surface as the rest of the gas spring body, for protection of the cylinder.

Econoloc combines the good quality and safety in one single gas spring to a broad market of trucks, machinery, gear agricultural machinery etc. A single Econoloc is usually used together with a standard swift and sure gas spring.

Note: For applications where an Econoloc is used the cylinder must be 20 mm smaller to achieve the same length as Swift & Sure.
